It is what it is From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/29/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Its very ugly on the outside, and the Parking is sometimes awkward because the driveway is so steep and oily its hard to go up in the rain. But.....it has an amazing view of the city, the most quiet and peaceful balcony a renter could get, birds eating from the feeder so fast you can't keep it full, and a brand new trailhead connecting to council crest or downtown (conner trail). Morning doves will nest on your balcony if you put out a basket and in the spring and chickadees nest in the wall cracks and broken drain pipes. If you can get past the trashy exterior and you work on the hill, its worth it. However, Maintenance is sketchy, but the new manager Chris is actually trying to fix issues. He is great.....hope he lasts. You can have a dog here, and most people use a leash and pick up after their pets.
