About 2 months ago I moved in here to be closer to school and avoid the commute to/from downtown and I love it! The manager was friendly and worked with my tight schedule when I first looked at the apartment and on my move in day.

We're surrounded by trees and I can see the city from my deck! The apartments aren't brand new but appear to be well kept. On my move in day I found the apartment clean and with fresh paint.

There are 2 laundry rooms here and I've never had to wait to do my laundry.

The driveway is steep but anyone can tell that as soon as you come to see the place, it's no surprise there. Besides, the parking is free!

Overall, I would definitely recommend Marquam Village to anyone interested in being close to PSU and wanting a bit of privacy.
