ok its old. that's obvious.
but it's quiet...I actually saw a hawk the other day!
I can see St. Helens from my couch.
I've never heard my neighbors. nnot once.

The staff is friendly and helpful but doesn't get in your business and leaves you alone for the most part.
I can take my dog on the trails every day before work!

ummm...way better that my last place on SE MOrrison where I heard my neighbors screaming every night and the manager never returned my calls.
