I Can Dig It

I moved in here a few months ago, and I have loved it since day one. Yeah it's old and tacky on the outside but whatever. I have a deck! With a gorgeous view! The manager and staff are super friendly, and always accommodating when issues arise. There were a few things here and there that needed fixed when I first moved in, and were fixed within a couple days of when I notified management. They weren't emergencies so you really can't ask for more than that. I have seen someone out trimming back trees and shrubs and cleaning up leaves and other debris from the parking lot at least once a week since I moved in.
The surrounding area is absolutely beautiful. There is a trail head to a multitude of hiking trails within a minutes walk from my front door, which I and my dog truly appreciate. The quiet natural surroundings really makes for a pleasant and relaxing place to live. The hill is kind of intimidating at first, but it's not so bad once you really look at it. The driveway is steep, but we're literally on the side of a hill. Again intimidating at first but not so bad once you get used to it.
Overall I love this place and hope to continue living here for quite some time. Management is great, maintenance is adequate, amenities are minimal, but it offers almost a rural atmosphere in the middle of the city. I honestly can't complain, and couldn't ask for more.
