This is a nice quiet place to live. You never really get to meet your neighbors, but it is ok. I have met a couple and everyone so far seems very nice. The On Site is the coolest dude ever. The only thing i'd be aware of is the snowy winters. The ice build up can be bad. Although the on-site is great at gettting the roads clean to get out, it is very hard to get out. The 2 driveways are VERY steep. And the other downfall is the rent increases way to often. Do not sign a 3 month unless you have too. And do not try and think if you are moving from out of state to bring a car on the back of a moving truck is ok, CUZ IT IS NOT. These apt's are on a pretty much one way dead end street. No way to turn the trailer around, take the car off the trailer on the main road.
