The apartments are very dark and not very attractive. Lived here for a year and complained of a bad smell from the start, which would not go away no matter how much we cleaned and scrubbed- that complaint was repeatedly ignored by the office staff.
Walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors very well. Loved the location of the complex and the river view from my balcony. Had no problems with the security staff - they were always very freindly and no language barriers noted. Got completely cheated by the office staff when moving out. A person from the office did a walkthrough with us and told us everything was ok. Never recieved any deposit back - they subtracted things after we left! Beware!
Would never move back in here even if I was paid to do so!
