Not as great as it looks.

Don't be fooled by the ladies in the office. Living on the water is great, but...
- the train across the river is really loud all the time (the office ladies said you never hear it), but it's barely audible if all your windows and doors are closed,
- the pool was supposed to be done around September 6-7, it's now 10/19 and the pool's not even close to done,
- the parking was good until they made a huge contruction storage area right outside our apartment (for the construction at the other end of the complex, that the office ladies assured us we would never be bothered by),
- just the other side of the railroad tracks (about 30 yards) is a huge drug/bum area. There have been numerous busts and one murder in the last two months,
- complex is poorly lit, but they have 24 hour security patrol.
All in all...the river part is great and the apartment itself is good, but we won't be renewing our lease. The managament is poor.
