While you can't beat the place for it's views, the willingness of the staff to fix major problems leaves something to be lacking. We had water dripping from our ceiling during a particularly rainy period (go figure, it's Portland). It took us over 3 days just to get someone to look at the problem, and another week to get it fixed correctly. You'd think they would want to address significant problems quickly, but they didn't. During that time we had to drag the bed into the living room to avoid getting soaked. And don't even get me started about the gross neighbor we had upstairs that mgmt refused to do anything about since he had been there for so long. Let's just say he enjoyed feeding the birds so much that all the crap he tried to feed them fell all over our deck and either sprouted or molded.

I guess in the end the place was fine, but mgmt didn't address problems in a timely manner.
