McCormick Pier has been purchased by a developer and the entire thing is now owned or will be owned by individual owners, some of whom rent them out as luxury condos. The new condos are GORGEOUS with big decks, huge windows, many with marble countertops and high-end appliances. I took a look at a few for rent and they were stunning. These seem to be the best luxury living option on the river right now. New landscaping makes the river views impressive. Everything is brand new! They have installed new lighting on the grounds too. It looks like a great place to rent when the right unit becomes available.
