DO NOT MOVE IN

Noise is terrible. The building is so old and the insulation is so bad. The design of the building also have a problem. You bedroom could be right under someone else's kitchen or next to someone's bathroom. My neighbour wakes up at 5:00am everyday and cook on the top on bed. I hear each single move of them, at 5 o'clock in the morning! They can do anything.

Also the train honks all the time. For a long train, it could block the only access to the apartment for over 30 minutes.

The car alarms in the parking lot are trigger sometimes, early morning, late at nite. NOISE everywhere.

The inside of the apartment looks ok, but smell bad for no reason. The sun can never get in some lower unit.
