Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
I lived here in 2000 until 2001 for one year.
While we had got a nice apartment, it had a cool deck/river view.
But the kitchen was very poor and outdated.
At the time the weight room was in poor condition and the spa was rarely opened. At least we could use the racketball courts.
We suffered from having a noisy neighbour, and management was extremely poor there.
When we finished the end of our lease, McCormick Pier screwed us with our security deposit, even though we had the apartment in a much better and cleaner condition than when we moved in. Due to no tenant protection in Portland we lost of money.
The parking situation was very poor there also.
Location beside the river is ok but there are much better properties to live at.
