I've lived here for 3.5 years and think it's the best place to live in downtown Portland hands down. If you're into running, walking or cycling the waterfront is such an amazing thing to have right outside your doorstep. Even in the winter the views from this part of the waterfront are some of the most amazing in town. I can walk to the Pearl and downtown easily but still feel like I have a bit of nature in my backyard. The Pearl is a concrete jungle but this area seems to have it's own serenity. This type of location in Portland is rare and living here as been the best living choice I've ever made.
