I've lived at McCormick Pier for close to two years now and I am very sad to leave. From the other reviews it sounds like there was some noise when they were being remodeled, that's long over and well worth it.
Amazing interiors and top notch. Variety with floor plans so can only comment on the 2 bedroom I rented. Amazing river views were well worth the price.
I also love the on-site coffee shop and general store, saved me a trip to Fed Meyer while cooking.
Only once have I been stopped by a long train, aka 10 min wait. Other than that one time I haven't considered them an issue, but I lived in the buildings farther from tracks. (i think A is the closest)
Worth checking out and personally was very happy. Amazing summer pool too.
