We loved living at McCormick Pier, just a lovely peaceful place to be. The grounds are very well-maintained, it has the best river views in Portland and Waterfront Park is right at your doorstep. Walk to the Saturday Market, waterfront festivals, or cross the pedestrian bridge into the Pearl. Energy efficiency makes it cozy in the winter too. And always a security guard walking the grounds keeps it super safe. After 15 months, we're sad to leave.
