The worst apartment complex in Portland From: monicakirnlc@yahoo.com Date posted: 12/5/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   This is by far the worst complex I have ever seen. My apartment was broken into, someone was raped in the apartment above me, there are kids running everywere, parties everynight, and just a low class of people living here.Not to mention the office had my car towed and I had to pay $200.00 to get it back because my tags were expired by 1 day and the new ones had not come in the mail yet. Take my advice and the other advice on this site and DO NOT MOVE HERE.
