Check with police From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/25/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   Before moving into this dump of a community I suggest checking the crime statistics with the local police dept. This complex is rated #1 in crime for apartment buildings in portland. The management does not seem to care much about the safety of thier tenants considering the assistant manager told me she does not appreciate me sharing the information with my neighbors. Maybe she should consult with the police on how to provide better security. Only a drug dealer, thief, or party animal would enjoy the living standards provided at watermark square
