Used to work there......Don't anymore From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/27/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   DO NOT LIVE AT WATERMARK SQUARE, AKA "SHOTGUN SQUARE" AS EMPLOYEES CALLED IT. I used to work for Equity until I got transfered to Watermark. I quit after 2 1/2 weeks. I worked for Equity for 2 years until then. It is the most god awful place ever. I cannot even begin to describe how bad it is there. Clackamas County Police Dept. actually does call it Felony Flats..no joke. For those of you that gave this ---- hole a good review. Sorry but I know that you are the people we are talking about. You probably do not see it because you fit in. Hello, how can you not see it. I did not feel safe there and I only worked until 6pm. What does that tell you. I was so ashamed to work for such a ghetto, trashy, place. I felt like I was in the worst part of Mexico. If you already live there, you can transfer. Equity has other apartments that are nice, go to the cove in fisher's landing. it is only about 15 minutes away and it is awesome. Staff is not the smartest, but they are nice. If you do not believe these ratings then drive through, still wondering' Have them show you a couple of apartments. Not the model either. You will see
