I currently reside at Watermark Square and when I first moved here 4 months ago I was very excited. The apartments are beautiful and conveniently located near the freeway and mall. The staff is very nice and I have never had any maintenance issues. ...But within the first month of living here shoes were stolen off of the front porch (mine and my son's.) I'm also afraid to buy a patio set or ANYTHING that will go outside, including seasonal door decorations for my kids ...in fear that they will also be stolen. During my first month, I also had strangers knocking at my door during inappropriate times of the night (which is very scary being a single young woman.) I feel I ALWAYS have to be on guard and DO NOT feel safe. There are packs of teenagers hanging out all day and night doing god knows what (but I suspect drugs.) All through out the complex people are hanging out. (I think they let anyone who applies move in!) There is so much traffic, and crime going on, it's like a party complex. Which might be okay if that is what you want, but if you want a safe family environment ..this is not it. There is also no visitor parking, which seems like a small issue except they have to park on a street that gets very dark at night, and cars are consistantly broken into and vandalized. On top of that, tow trucks terrorize the complex towing away cars for any reason ...well mostly for the $200 it takes to get it back. Oh, and if it makes you feel any better, security does patrol the area ... but only during daylight hours! bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
