From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/2/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   my mother used to work for an upscale resturant near by on sunnyside and she told me that there are a couple of apartments at Watermark(Wellington Springs) that house at least 10-15 latino's everyone who applied there in like a three week period lived in one apartment. sounds like a work immigration scam. and now i love how wellington springs(only named that cause they added a nifty little water fountian) says that they have a gated community. first off the GATE IS NEVER CLOSED, actually i drove by today and the GATE WAS GONE. its not enough to rape people, steal cars, vandalize and every other kind of crime you can think of, but they have to steal the GATE too. damn thats ghetto.
