Trust me! If you are now living in a trailor park and are getting evicted then this is the ---- hole for you! This is the armpit of Portland! The arpartment is crap and the losers they rent too are two steps below that. If you love UNATTENDED kids running around in the parking lot, denting your car with balls, shopping carts and fire crackers then you'll feel right at home in this dump! If you make a car payment, you'll be at the window at all times seeing who's doing what to your car. This place is so bad I've gotten out of my lease after JUST TWO WEEKS!! IT SUCKS THAT BAD, AND I'M NOT DISGRUNTLED ABOUT ANYTHING, I'M JUST TRYING TO PREVENT ANYONE FROM MAKING THE SAME MISTAKE THAT MY WIFE AND I MADE. BE WARNED!

I agree!!! I've somehow made it almost a year and can't wait to leave this dump. Everyone that moves in seems to have 4 kids and let them jump up & down on the floor which in turn drives the people below insane. It is true kids run around unsupervised ALL THE TIME. I have lost my sanity a few times already. This place has given me anxiety like you would not believe. This place should be completley torn down.
