I have lived in Felony Flats my entire life and nothing compares to what I have experienced in the last four years living here. For instance my apartment has a fire place which has been cleaned only once "fire hazard" oh and no wood or container to hold wood is allowed out on the patio' You get no deposit back for smoking inside yet can get a $50 fine for having a ashtray on the patio' earlier this year the plumbing in the apartment above mine busted so I come home from work to a flooded apartment this happened in 1-05 to this day there never has been any reimbursment for my damaged property nor has the water damage been fixed on the walls or ceiling, or carpet. Theyhave had my vehicle towed twice "YES TWICE" that was about enough to piss you off on the way to work! Both times I have had a sticker! The only reason I stay is the fact that when I leave this place it will cost no less than $1500 I know this for a fact for have had more than one friend live here ohhh yeah I have referred 5 people and for what $200 or $250 dollars off of next month rent yeah right every time i have they have sold the property or some lame ass comment every time once I lost my job and when I got a new one my check made me miss rent by 2 days I went to the office over a week in advance and even thought I had lived here for 2 years at the time "never ever late on anything" they could't make any exceptions on time or $75 late fee and $5 a day after that for whatever since the rule on the $5 changed but still if you been a tennant with never a complaint or late you think you could bend
maybe once. The gates are locked 24 hours a day and no tenant has a key. If you have a visitor and they must park on the street, or they will be towed. This means the visitor must walk completely around the building to go through the auto entrance. I have grandparents and I'm sure I am not the only I. Could these entry have combination locks on them for the tenants, oh this is unthinkable, it might cost money.
And you want permanent residents living with you, will be prepared, if the ants don't overtake your apartment, then the cockroaches will.
You like mold, this is the place for you, in the medicine cabinets, the closets, the window sills, you don't have to be a decorator, the mold on the walls will do it for you.
You into drugs, just ask your neighbor.
Rapes, shootings, illegal activity, this is the place for you.
Check the local police department to find out how often they tour this place, they
almost qualify for permanent residence.
Don't expect the management to assist you in any of the problems, as usual this establishment have owners they live in their rich houses, we help them afford and could care less about their properties, as long as the money keeps rolling in.
Oh by the way, dont't expect to use the weight room, or the pool, which is never cleaned, and has more urine in it than water.
Do not expect the entry ways to apartments to rid of debris.
