I have lived at Wellington for almost 2 years. No, things are not perfect... When you find a place that is, please let me know! The maintenance staff is very good & prompt. The only thing I find weird, is that one side of the Complex seems like where all the crime is, and the other side is way different. It is almost like there are 2 different complexes in one. Thank Goodness I live on the Good Side! All the staff is wonderful! All the staff in the office are very helpful and caring. I recommend Wellington Springs to all my friends & co-workers all the time.

I live on the good side too. It really is interesting how the complex divides. I always laugh when I get funny looks from people when I say where I live. If I could get one of the neighboring apartments to keep their kids from pulling the fire alarm my life would be complete. We've liked living here.

I think the good side is the side closer to 82nd and the bad side would be the side closer to I-5.

Good side is by the office and the bad side is by the Causey entrance. It's all pretty scary after dark.

First off, the person who originally posted this must have never left his/her apartment or is one of those apartment staff. The staff is very fake and helpless (as well as disgusting). Some of the maintenance look like crackheads. I was terrified to let one of them in my "home."
