I lived there for under a year, couldn't finish my lease. We were lied to when we moved in about the history of shootings, parking, money that would be needed up front, etc. There is no visitor parking. The office staff is horribly inadequate. They could never help with anything! Couldn't answer my questions, lost paperwork, etc. I paid for a pool key that didn't work. The pool and sauna are disgusting. The maintenance staff isn't very nice or helpful. While I lived there, there was a fire in the middle of the night that misplaced about 30 people. The noise was outrageous and was never fixed even though I called security and the cops about 10 times. This complex is mis-represented in ads and is very ghetto. It looks even worse now that they've painted 1/2 of it and left the rest. Tacky! Also, they are tow-happy. They must have a contract with the towing company. My car was towed out of my assigned spot b/c they made a mistake in the office. Ridiculous! One pain and hassle after another. They need to make some serious changes.
