Stray cats constenly at my door spraying my screen so my patio reaks. When they lanscape everyweek then blow it all on my patio and i have to sweep it off. Noise complaints go unresolved 99.9% of the time. Most of the people who have kids live on the second floor letting the jump on there beds and run around and then and let them run in the streets while people go 30mph through the parking lot. But that's because management doesn't care either and they don't have a place for them to play. Everyone who has a system in there car insists on parking under the carport right by my slider and blast there music so i can't even watch t.v. They empty the garbage cans maybe once a week and the ground around the dumpster is so full of garbage you can't even see the concrete. Oh yeah i forgot to mention that they throw a new coat of paint on the outside redo the roofs and call these apartments remodeled! Need some drugs you can score it here without even asking around they come to you! My grand finale and this is the reason i am writing this review is if you transfer to a different apartment watch out! they will charge you so they take your whole deposit you paid when you moved in tell you that they transferred it over then wait 4 months and put an eviction notice on your door and then tell you that you have to pay another deposit or move out the next day 2 weeks before your rent is due again!! Bad Location,Bad Management,Bad Facilities. Do yourself a favor and keep looking for an apartment this one is not for you!
