Monterey Springs Apartments From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/27/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I've lived at this apartment complex for 5 months now and I would recommend these apartments to anyone. I know in the past it was not the safest place to be and the management sucked but I have never had any issues with the new management and I've never had any issues with any of the other residents here. The only bad thing is they parking. The parking is kinda lame but I guess they're working on it right now...
