Previous management was friendly now its money hungry and who cares who they are From: jinglemagik@hotmail.com Date posted: 4/10/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007   I have lived here since 2004 when I moved out from my spouse. When I moved in the previous managers and lease agents were always there to help you and they got to know you on a personnel bais. Upon the change over its now just get me the money and dont talk to anyone. The maintanence were friendly and they were the only ones. The winters I hope you like it cold as them little kadet heaters for the apartments run 24 / 7 to just keep it a moderate 60 degrees. They were up three times to fix the belts on my dryer as it squeaked constantly they would never replace the unit with new. I work out of town and was never informed that my lease had expired, so the next month they upped my rent on the month to month bais and force me out. Since I did not have the extra costs associated with month to month for my rent on the 15th since I was working in alaska and did not return till the 16th then they wouldnt take it since it was late and 100.00 short because of the expired lease. I always before hand did 12 months since I was gone and had established a living there. I would not recommend this place unless you want very bad support and no communication. I though I would be nice but the more I think about it forget it dont live here. They walk in on you when your in your apartment because they though you moved out. Its a shame that they can not pick up a phone and call you to inform you the lease was up. I learned from the neighbor across the way that their way was to stick a flyer on your door with a piece of tape and expect it to stay there during a wind storm while you are not there but out of town. Have fun people as if you have a pet they want you gone. I was told before hand I was being evicted because someone was living in my apartment well no one was ever there living as I was gone and would not allow anyone from around there stay in my place whats so ever. Have fun and enjoy the unfriendliest place around.
