Pleasantly Surprised From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/29/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   You know, I ve lived in a lot of complexes throughout my years and I truly consider Monterey Springs a jewel. I ve noticed the following pros and cons after living here for several months: Cons: I ve noticed some parking issues, but that s been the case with a majority of the apartment complexes I ve stayed at. Pros: The complex is clean and the staff is extremely helpful. As the previous post said, I am also very happy with the unit interiors I mean it has two tone paint and granite. You re not going to find a lot of units in Portland with that kind of interior package trust me I ve looked. Overall, I ve been pleasantly satisfied with the complex and would recommend it to all my friends.
