I normally don't read these reviews because I find that most of the time, the people writing them are pissed off with one thing or another and/or are already disgruntled with something so they find something to b*%ch about. I don't even believe most of the things on here becuase I know for a fact there is more than one side to the story. The reason I say that, is because the writer that wrote one of the last comments, I know for a fact is getting kicked out. I know this because I live down the hall from her and she has been recieving "postings" on her door from the office. I have complained on her before for a couple of things and I guess it finally got to the point where the office is kicking her out (thank god!) and now she's pissed about it and decided to tell everyone how much living here sucks. I just want to clear the air a little bit because not all of this is true. I was unfortunate to live by this particular nieghbor. She would have parties and throw her trash outside and just on and on and on. The previous management was renting to section 8 people, which of course led to trashy people doing trashy things. Thank god they cleared those people out (including her!). I am pretty happy with this place (mainly because my stupid neighbor is moving) and find it irritating that people are complaining about some really odd things, that if was really true, would be apparent to people like me. I've lived here for almost 4 years. I've seen it all. Granted, not everything is perfect, but really, what place is totally perfect' There may be an occasional something or another, but never anything as terrible as what these things you are reading make it out to be like. Besides, all the positive changes that have happened far surpass any negative thing I can say. My point is this: Don't believe everything you hear. Believe what you want, but susally there are several sides to a story and it's unfortunate that the negative ones are the only ones being published.

the positives to this community is it is gated, and if you need someone towed it happens pretty quick.
negitives are that things go on behind the scenes. The management puts up a great front. When you have issues, although you will hear how they really are.
Things have improved over the years, although I do believe they could do better.

Illegal parking is ILLEGAL parking. 10 Min or 10 hours. Stupid ass people think 4-way flashers make them immune to towing!! There are signs PERMIT PARKING ONLY. We are crowded enough here without someone blocking OUR parking for 10 min. I bet you wouldn't be bitching if you hadn't had to pay $300 for YOUR mistake!!

To XJJunky: Let me clarify something for you, moron. It is ILLEGAL in the STATE OF OREGON for a company to hire a towing company to come and patrol the parking lot and tow everyone and anyone without a permit. Therefore, they would have to put a 72 hour towing sticker on my car, AFTER the apartment OWNER called the towing company personally, THEN they would be within their legal rights to tow my car. Bottom line, the management make your life and your guests life hell by making you park on the street, where your car could eventually get broken into. The least they could do is OFFER a guest pass to their residents or MAKE visitor parking. They don't even offer that. I am so glad that I moved away from the incompetent state of Oregon.
