What a nightmare! If you like paying way too much for facilities you can't use, for parking, and everything else then move in right away. Watch out though if you pay for parking. I have paid for parking for 2 1/2 years. I got a new car, went into the office, got a new sticker, put it on my car, very visible, and 3 weeks after I started parking the new car in my carport it was towed! I had to pay to get it out to the sound of 300 dollars. I went into the office and tried to get the money back, since I pay for the priviledge of parking there, and the office refused!! They said that I didn't have the "right sticker". IT is the one I got from them for my car. If you choose to move here, watch your back at all times.

As a member of the management staff I would just like to take a second to respond to the above mentioned comment. This resident had an unfortunate experience when their vehicle was towed. The reason they were towed was because they were parked under an assigned carport. A few weeks prior they had asked us to replace their parking sticker with another when they got a new car. We made a new one identical to the one they had just turned in. When we did, nothing was expressed about a desire to park in an assigned area such as a carport. Had that had been said, at that time we would have given them a parking sticker designated for an assigned spot. This was explained to the resident when they came in to report their car being towed. When we learned they wanted a carport space, we promptly issued another parking permit. (I would also like to point out that these rules are also stated in the lease that was signed at move in.) As to the comments made about the facilities that are unavailable, I am very proud to say that that could not be any further from the truth! We just unveiled our newly remodeled state-of-the-art fitness room (complete with a plasma TV) that is available 5am-10pm, business center (complete with computers with internet access, printer and fax) available 9am-6pm, a pool, hot tub and sauna (all newly remodeled) open from 8am-10pm! We have a ton of amenities that are available for our residents and the different lifestyles of each individual. It is unfortunate that this particular individual seems to think that the facilities are unavailable to him. Maybe he should confer with our 390 residents that do appreciate and use our facilities on a daily basis.

It's funny that the management of this complex has the time to search out negative reviews on a website, but not the time to work on maintaining relationships with their tennants. In my experience with this complex the management is indifferent at best. Do not move in, a Plasma television does not make up for the gross incompetance of this management team.
