My husband and I moved here from out of town not knowing anything about this area. Reasons we rented here were it was a central location, they accepted dogs, it was cute, and seemed to be clean. It would do for the time being until we found a house. We just moved out and I am soooo happy to be out of that hell hole!! How it really is: Trash and cigarette butts on our back porch from up stairs neighbors. We had to call the cops on our neighbors constantly for fighting in our hallway(screaming, hitting, with a baby in one arm at all hours of the night. Like a Jerry Springer show. I was afraid to go outside. I seriously thought I was going to hear a gun shot every night. Out of control!!! Very thin walls. ANTS in the kitchen and bathroom. Never any parking anywhere close to our apartment. Kids running around the parking lot, causing trouble, no supervision. Management is extremely rude!! This is a drug infested area, anywhere is better than here!!! Trust me!!!!

I definitely agree with you.....We lived there until last November and we were more than happy to move out of there cause the rent sure in the heck wasnt worth it at all....Before it was Monterey Springs it was called Wellington Springs and there was a pretty bad stabbing there and right before I moved out a little kid was hit in the parking lot...pretty intense stuff!! NONE of it was worth what they were charging to live there, I'd rather pay for home to rent!

Please Help!
My family and I are relocating from out of town and we do not know the area at all. We looked at these apartments and they seemed very nice, we were very interested, but after reading all these reviews we are very unsure. Please help any ideas on nice apartments available in the Clackamas or Happy Valley area or anywhere that is close and safe and nice.
