	Price for location is unbeatable. Apartments have a new feeling and are maintained well. Staff is friendly. However, I've been there only six months and staff has issued Notices to Enter on five occasions already for miscallaneous 'routine' checks. Excessive.

	Before moving here to Morrison Park I looked at a number of other low income apartments downtown, and this is one of the cheapest, but it does't look cheap at all.
