Not bad, much beter than the last 2 places I lived. no problems with maintenance and the office staff is pretty nice. Grounds are clean most of the time. It is pretty quiet here at night. Maybe a little cheaper on the rent would be nice. They are repainting all of the buildings, so they are keeping it up. Mostly it is pretty good here, not much to compain about.
