This location is excellent and right on the streetcar. Pretty expensive for what you get but finishing is nice. West side is noisy from the constant delivery trucks to Safeway. Maintenance is fine; management is polite. Apartments are noisy. You'll get to know your neighbors better than you want to as there's no sound proofing between apartments. Cement ceilings and floors mean you don't hear people above or below though. Parking in garage is expensive and often the garage is full.

RPG1377 lived in apartment 226, which is on the second floor. The Safeway bottle return area, on the street, is further south of the buidling. As a curtesy to residents, the recycling is done after 8 am, after most residents have left for work. RPG1377 continues to invent concerns that did not affect him. We encourage interested persons to visit the building for a tour. Windows here are custom wood framed with double paned glass to keep noise out.

How does Ben know what time people are leaving for work? Ben is a busy boy keeping track of the tenants comings and goings.
