I moved into Museum Place when it was brand new. I had never lived in a city before, and it was nice to be in the middle of things downtown. As a non-driving, single person, Museum Place worked for me. However, it is not really a family friendly location. After a while it started wearing on me, how people asked me for money every time I left the building, and there were times when I did not feel safe in the neighborhood.

Museum Place is pet friendly. RPG1377 brought a dog into the building without first honoring the pet policy. As a curtesy, we waived the pet fee but not the deposit. The pet in question soiled common areas and ruined the apartment carpet because he was not walked enough. We currently have over a dozen dogs here, all responsibly walked in the park blocks one block away. We recently had a doggy day on the terrace, and encourage pet owners to bring their dogs to check out the property.
