We live in the Museum Place for 6 months. I rented this apartment, sight unseen, based to the great website and the incredible customer service of Ben and Ryan. I called a number of times with questions and concerns, and they were always inceredibly friendly and helpful. When I came a few weeks later to visit Portland, before our move, I saw the apartment and was a little concerned about the size. Ben offered to switch apartments, no problem. During our stay here, we were always greeted with a smile and friendly conversation from the entire staff. Any maintenance problems that we encountered were addressed immediately. The building is in a great location and very well maintained. The only drawback is that the walls are pretty thin, so if you happen to have noisy neighbors, like we did, it can be a little loud. But, other than that, we really enjoyed living there. Thank you Ben and Ryan!
