Years at this apartment: 2013 - 2013
Terrible place to live. Management is horrible. Get you in with smiles to sign the lease and then? Let the games begin.
Winter storm, frozen pipes burst while I was at work, flooded half of my apartment. I get home from work with strangers in my apartment that had moved all of my furniture to one corner of the room. No management present, no phone call to me at work, literally came home with 5 strangers in my apartment dealing with the flooding inside the walls from burst pipes in my apartment.
My apartment was deemend unlivable but I was told I had to continue paying rent? I stayed with family as I had no access to my kitchen as the ceiling had fallen in, no access to my dining room or living room, bathroom and bedroom were fine. I had to move with no notice to another apartment in the same complex. No free months rent, no discount on the new place, management did nothing to help me in any way.
I had to pay movers, first, last rent to get into my new apartment on the same grounds. All this in December!
Jessica has no business being a manager. She gave me no help, no discounts, no free rent, nothing. Major out of pocket expense to move. Worst management team ever and after my next years lease I was out of that complex and never looked back.
Management was lucky I didnt hire a lawyer and sue.
