This apartement building has many problems but the views are beautiful.
The manager of this building is a total snot. She is rude, pretentious and catty. I think another posting stated the same opinion on this manager. She is pretentious, unfriendly and unproffessional. We had problems not getting hot water in the building. She ignored tenants concerns and refused to post notices as to why the water was running cold. One tenant even threatend a law suit. She said we could put up with luke warm water. She ignored the health hazards of running a dishwasher with water not hot enough to steralize and felt it was no concern that we were taking cold showers. I could go on and on. This place has alot of problems that could be fixed with new management. If they had the proper people to run this building it may be an awesome place to live. Just don't expect to own a car and get by easy. Parking sucks and it's loud as hell.
