I have found the staff to be unprofessional. They are rarely in the office during scheduled hours and do not return phone calls in a timely manner if they return them at all. The carpets and blinds are of the poorest quality and maintenance can take up to 3 weeks. The parking situation is ridiculous and there seems to be no motivation for improvement with any of the issues. I am very disappointed in this community.
