If you plan on moving into this apartment you may want to way your pro's and con's heavily before packing your things and taking the plunge.
It is true, as someone wrote. This is a great place for young people if you are a interested in partying. The building is full of young people my age who are loud and obnoxious. They have torn up many of the structures and even thrown bottles off the roof (16 stories)possibly threatening lives of people below. It is much like a Toga party at a Frat house. If this is your thing...you'll love it.
Stephanie the manager, is very "to the point" In my opinion this "forwardness" was rude and often condescending. I saw her act very unproffesionally on numerous occasions. She made comments about other tenants incomes in my presence. She lacks a friendly personality and spends alot of time with her boyfriend while you sit and wait for them to leave. I decided to move because of parking and noise as well as the "never ending" construction project. I am very happy in my new place. Rent is resonable and the views are great. The apartments are very small and the quality is not so good. But the decor is beautiful.

I was looking to maybe move to these apts. until I read this review, now I ask where is the place the author moved too.? I love being at home, but if I don't have a view, I'll go crazy...

My mother presently lives their and she has been without heat for a few says. The manager is a rude person and I am fighting with myself about going a paying her a visit.

My response is to "Risky's" description of the apartment
complex. First, I would like to know where did "Risky" find a better place to live. secondly, is the apartment complex still being managed the same as it was when "Risky" was living there? Thirdly, was the apartment complex really in just bad shape, e.g. unclean laundry facilities, unclean halls and stairwells, unfriendly management etc.
