Park Plaza Apartments

Fairly Expensive but Nice Location From: WorkingDowntown Date posted: 9/4/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I have lived here for six months and will be moving due to the high costs associated with living here. The management has been helpful and the location is amazing. The heating system is unusal in that one does not have any control over the heat. I leave the a/c on at all times to maintain a livable temperature. The utilities are a flat rate and seem to be reasonable for the size of the apartments.
