I've lived at Park Terrace for just about a year now. The location is great, easy to walk downtown or take the street car to the Northwest neighborhood. Also, convenient to the expressways. I rarely hear any noise from neighbors and the management is wonderful- responsive and friendly. I really enjoy living here and think it is a great location if you want to enjoy urban living.
