Since the place has been taken over by Norris & Stevens it's going downhill. Our caring, laid back manager has been replaced with an overbearing corporate yes-man who has immediately jacked up the rent for everyone (not to mention the tacked-on heating charge, very sneaky). Pretty much all my neighbors are planning to move out within the next month, and frankly I don't know who N&S expect to find to pay them $900/mo on a tiny 1 bedroom with all the problems that an old building has to offer, including poor pressure in the showers and having to run the water for 15 minutes just for it to heat up! A year ago this was a great place to live, but not anymore.
