I have lived here for about a year and love the location, Just south of the Park blocks and PSU. The Building has that classic look and is all brick. There are allot of students here but it is still a very nice quite community. My unit has a hardwood floor and is nice and updated with a new celling fan. The community garden is a nice touch. The laundry machines are adequate. I dont have to wait long for maintenance isues to be resolved and I feel generaly safe here. Guese that about covers it.
