I currently live at Oak Grove Village it was formerly Patrician Square Apartments but it was sold to a new owner. I have had the chance to met him face to face great guy by the way. Yes he has built a beautiful club house that was closed for 1 week due to vandilism yah it sucks for us that have children that dont tear up thing. The problem in the past ther was the previous manager that was fired due to a petition that was signed by the whole community.from her unprofessional conduct she teriozed yelled, screamed was drinking and partying with other residents. The manager would have disputes with her family members that lived in three other units. Now that that manager was fired her family that lives in 3 units all next door to each other have done nothing but complaine tear up things and not to mention degraged the manager, tenants, children, maintenance and many other people in this community (they probably have terriozed the dogs and cats in the property too). I belive the 2 bad reviews above are from the family members of the previous manager. Thank god the are all moving this community will finally have peace. I think we should have a party the day they all leave. I cant say I will miss them or their valgure mouths.
I think it is sad and they obviously have no life they dont work any of them let me add so they sit on the computer and craigs list to slander innocent bystanders and new management who have nothing to do with their family members demize. This property has cone a 180 its clean, calm, in order and this new manager is straight to the point not rude just stricly business. As for the remarks on the Maintenance man his name is Don and he has completed all my maint. request in a timely manner and the pool is sparkling yes it was closed for 2 days due too installing a new heater and pool filter thanks to having a new owner who cares about his communitity.

THIS IS REALY A GREAT COMMUNITY!

grounds are beautiful besides people who dont clean up after their pets the court yard is so peacefull
