Pleasant and basic.

Very cheap rent, but 100 dollars for parking! It sucks looking for parking. It's mostly metered. Cheap, but very decent apliances. Requests for repairs are attended to in a timely fashion. Though, they had to fix a leaky pipe 3 times. All in all a great place to live.
