Pearl Court is a cheap place to live, but that is all it has going for it. The office staff is not very friendly - or smart for that matter; often forgetting to tell the residents about packages that have been delivered or losing my rent money twice. Construction in the neighborhood is awful and if you leave your windows open, expect to have an apartment covered in dust. It costs $100 to park!! I suppose if you work full time & are not home a lot, this would be an ok place for you.
