I never had any problems with the office staff, they always were nice to me. The rent is cheap, and my utilites were never over $20/month. There was a while where the fire alarm would go off about twice a week- usally about 5-6am- not to fun when you get off work at 5am and are trying to sleep. The reason I moved out was because of the parking- their lot was all reserved, and the waiting list was over a year. I park two blocks away for $100/month. If you dont have a car, this is a great place to live. I would move back, if i didn't need/have a car, or if i only had a motorcycle.
