smell, theft and lots of noise

The biggest problem with this building is the entire east side faces the lot for usps. I would hear trucks beeping all the damn time. It really, really sucked. The smell was noticiable, but tolerable. I had my bike ripped off from the "secure" bike room. Managment never reviewed the security tapes.
