I paid money to fly out to oregon to look for apartments (from the east coast). Pearl court told my roommate and I that after looking at our paperwork that we were all set and would qualify. Two weeks later they called to tell us our background check was ok. Two weeks after that they told us they needed more paperwork which we promptly sent to them.

After a full month and a half of sending paperwork and being reassured that we would have the apartment once we drove across the country, we called the head office, who after some dileberation, convinced the staff at pearl court to send our documents to the compliance office. Two days after that, (and many phone calls from my roommate and I) we recieved notification that we were declined a room.

This comes a full MONTH and THREE WEEKS AFTER we were told we would probably get the place! Every step along the way was tedious and unorganized. The bungling administration at pearl court wasted our time and money. Don't do it. Save yourself two months of your life. Go anywhere else.

As a former resident, all sounds true. Bowen staff are the WORST anywhere!!!
