Worst place to live...would not live here again for all the money in the world

If you like waking up to the smell of smoke in the morning and people next door up at all hours of the night...you will love it here. Oh...and dont bother making a complaint because no one cares and lets you know that you can move out if you dont like it there. DO NOT MOVE IN TO PEARL COURT APARTMENTS!!!
